Andrew Tusa joins STJ Advisors as Chair, UK Advisory, with effect from mid-June 2024

STJ Advisors, the leading independent equity capital markets advisory firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Tusa as Chair, UK Advisory, with effect from mid-June 2024.

In a near three-decade career in the UK financial market, Andrew has gained a unique perspective from his ten years as a UK fund manager at Deutsche Asset Management and, subsequently, as a senior corporate broker at Bank of America, Deutsche Bank and Barclays.  Tusa was Chair of the FCA's Listing Authority Advisory Committee from 2008 to 2012.

Andrew will bring his valuable shareholder and market insights to STJ's UK strategic advisory and capital markets practice, focusing on all aspects of market-positioning, value maximisation strategies and capital markets transactions.
