The Spring Insight Week offers students in their early stages of university the opportunity to kickstart their careers by offering them hands on experience of life at STJ Advisors.
We will take you on an interactive journey through STJ Advisors introducing you to Equity Capital Markets Advisory and Strategic Research Advisory enabling you to experience our culture, day-to-day roles and future internship placement opportunities.

- Shadowing STJ professionals on marketing meetings
- Case study and presentation to Exco
- Social activities
Assessment for Summer Internship
You will receive an assessment and an offer for Summer Internship if you are successful.
Eligibility
- Pursuing a degree in any discipline with an expected graduation date of June 2025
- Expected degree result 2:1 (minimum)
- Business proficiency in English
- Demonstrable interest in financial services and capital markets
- Good communication skills
- Strong worth ethic and integrity
- Proactive, self-motivated and eager to learn
