Such investors may provide terms more appropriate to the current stage of development for the company, to better meet objectives for expansion of the business ahead of a public offering or for a re-alignment of the current shareholder base.

This is complimented by our own distribution arm adding value in distribution channels where banks and brokers lack depth.
