IPO of TRYT Group on the Tokyo Stock Exchange raising $394m for Baring Private Equity Asia EQT

We are pleased to announce that STJ has advised on the $394m IPO and Tokyo Stock Exchange listing of TRYT Group, Japan's leading healthcare and specialist recruitment company, on behalf of Baring Private Equity Asia (BPEA) EQT who have sold about 40% of their holding.
The deal was priced at JPY1200 per share which was in the middle of the range.
STJ maintains its c. 70% market share of Sponsor IPO exits sold to institutional investors in Japan. This is the first material sponsor exit in 2023.
