STJ Advisors contacted international institutional investors and generated huge interest in the private placement transaction from high quality investors including leading PE, VC and sovereign wealth funds. iTech Capital received multiple offers resulting in meaningful price tension. iTech Capital achieved a valuation of US$4.5B, which represents a 50% premium to the last round in Oct-2021. STJ Advisors was instrumental in maximising investors’ demand and achieving the best outcome for iTech Capital.
